The steps below will help you obtain a permission code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permission Codes provided in the following form are ONLY&nbsp;for Allied Health Education Programs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical Administrative Assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical Billing &amp; Coding Specialist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phlebotomy Technician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clinical Laboratory Assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical Assistant (MA-C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allied Health AAS-T<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>If you have taken the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/ahe\/programs\/foundation-courses\/\">foundation courses<\/a> at another institution, you will need to send an un-official transcript to <a href=\"mailto:alliedhealth@bellevuecollege.edu\">alliedhealth@bellevuecollege.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You are responsible for requesting official transcripts from your previous school.<\/strong> Official transcripts are to be sent to the enrollment services office at Bellevue College, 3000 Landerholm Circle SE, Bellevue, WA 98007 (Attention: Enrollment Services).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial;, sans-serif\">You must take the foundation courses (listed below) before requesting program specific entry codes.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AHE 100<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AHE 110<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AHE 120<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BIOL&amp;108 <strong>OR<\/strong>&nbsp;BIOL&amp;241 <strong>AND<\/strong>&nbsp;BIOL&amp;242<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The foundation courses must be completed with a \u201cC\u201d or better before codes will be issued. Permission codes will not be issued until grades for prerequisites have been checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>You must request a permission code for each class separately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have completed the foundation courses, or provided satisfactory transfer and\/or substitution for them; <strong>Follow the link below to request a Permission Code<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-alert alert alert-info\">\n<p><strong>REMINDER:&nbsp;<\/strong>Prior to requesting a permission code, students should review common ctcLink errors they may experience when trying to register.
