The Art Department at Bellevue College offers a strong foundation program in the art basics, including courses in two- and three-dimensional design, drawing and art history. This foundation serves students well as they transfer to four-year colleges or professional art schools and also forms the basis of the Interior Design degree. Photography is another strong component of the Art Department, with its full-time instructor and well-equipped photo lab for hands-on learning with both black-and-white and color. Classes in architecture, painting and ceramics round out the department’s offerings for both personal enrichment and transfer students<\/p>\n\n\n\n
