Tilden had 13 points and 8 rebounds. photo by Rich Dworkis.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Although spirits may have been down after last night&#8217;s 77-65 loss at Shoreline, the Bulldogs remain only one game back of second place as co-leader Peninsula was upset by Skagit Valley last night, putting Bellevue in a tie for third place at 7-5 (17-10 overall) with Whatcom and only one game back of Peninsula (8-4) for second place. The win by Skagit Valley makes the North Region race even more interesting as Skagit and Everett are now both 6-6, only one game back of Bellevue. Two games separate second from sixth place in the North, and only the top four will advance in playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>Last night at Shoreline, the Dolphins used long range shooting to win comfortably, as they held a 32-24 lead at halftime over Bellevue and then outscored the &#8216;dogs 45-41 in the second half. From beyond three-point range, Shoreline outscored BC 27-18. Max Tilden led Bellevue with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Jordan Muir-Keung had 12 points and also led the Bulldogs with 5 steals and 6 assists.<\/p>\n<p>Bellevue battles the team they are currently tied for third place with, Whatcom, this Sunday, Feb. 26 in a 3:00 p.m. tipoff.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Max Tilden led BC in the loss at Shoreline.
