Freshman golfer Richard Lee (Newport HS) has been a bright spot on the BCC Golf Team all year, as the team picked its way through a difficult first season back in the NWAACC. Lee shone especially bright at the NWAACC Golf Championship Tournament at Washington National Golf Course, May 20-21, taking home first place honors. Lee shot 144 in two rounds, edging out Green River\u2019s Chaz Burns by a single stroke. He began play on Sunday with a bit of a thud, shooting an opening round 77 in miserable conditions.
