Under coach Chapman\u2019s leadership, Bellevue women\u2019s tennis has now claimed the most consecutive wins, besting Green River\u2019s six under the late Steve Sauers (1992-1997).<\/p>\n<p>Bellevue won eight of the nine individual titles, scoring 141 points in the three-day tournament and out-scoring second place Spokane by 43 points. The only match Bellevue lost was women\u2019s #1 singles when freshman Anissa Bryant-Swift lost to defending singles champion Lindsey Newman (Skagit Valley). Newman defeated Bryant-Swift (BC) 6-3, 6-4.
