Head coach Jason Chapman is looking forward to another solid year for the team. Up first for the Bulldogs will be several matches against four-year schools to prepare for the NWAACC regular season. The Bulldogs took on the Western Washington women\u2019s team March 6 at Robinswood, and came out the winners, 7-2. Bellevue\u2019s Anissa Bryant-Smith, Erica Leong, Amber Portka, and Kendra Maeser handled singles wins, while Bryant-Smith\/Maeser, Jazmin Ahayat\/Martha Santos, and Maeser\/Jenessa Reid won the doubles for BC.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, April 3, will be the next matches for Bellevue women\u2019s tennis taking on Willamette University at 9:30 a.m., then league rival Shoreline at 3:15 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bellevue College women\u2019s tennis team has three returning players from their 2010 NWAACC Championship team and added five new players to the mix.
