She was known for being one of the best female athletes to ever compete at Bellevue. She set the NWAACC 400m record in 1981 with a time of :53.69 seconds and that record still stands today. She helped lead her 1981 Bellevue Track team to the AACC Championship during their undefeated season.<\/p>\n<p>After Bellevue she went on to compete at Oregon State University. Rhonda passed away in 2015.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rhonda Bell was a track athlete in 1980-81.
