Adior Juang’s layup as time expired sent the Bulldog bench into a frenzy as Bellevue topped visiting Treasure Valley 58-57 at Courter Family Athletic Pavilion. The buzzer beater was set up by a feed by BC’s Alicia Morrison following a go ahead bucket by Treasure in the final seconds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juang earlier had a key layup and free throw with 1:30 remaining to put Bellevue up 56-53. The Chukars put in two more buckets in the final minute as BC could not answer back until Juang’s heroics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mckenna Morris had 17 points while Jordyn Smith added 10. Juang had eight and had five rebounds and was a much needed spark off the bench as Bellevue played without their top scorer, Jadyn Mueller, who has been out with a knee injury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The win evens out the heartbreaking overtime loss to the same team last week as Treasure topped Bellevue 63-61 earlier in the season. Bellevue’s rebound win puts them at 2-5 overall. They host South Puget Sound Sunday Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
