Whatcom, coming in with a 1-11 record, led after one quarter 18-15 before Bellevue got things going with 24 second quarter points to lead 39-34 at halftime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a red hot first quarter by the Orcas shooting 66%, things cooled off while Bellevue not only caught fire from the field, but at the free throw line as well as they made nine-of-10 from the line, including a perfect four-for-four from Devynn Warns. Aysha Peter made three of four including a three pointer to propel BC to the halftime lead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Orcas fatigued in the third, shooting only 20% and pulled down only four rebounds total in the quarter as the &#8216;dogs went on a 13-0 run to runaway with the win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter led Bellevue with 20 points and also had three steals.
