Jeremy Eggers, of Redmond, has been named men’s head basketball coach at Bellevue Community College.<\/p>\n
Eggers is a former boy’s head basketball coach at Bellevue High School (1997-2002), where his teams posted a 75-50 record and qualified for the district tournament each year.<\/p>\n
He served as an assistant men’s coach at Washington State University last year.<\/p>\n
Eggers also works as basketball pro at Pro Sports Club in Bellevue, where he develops skills for both youth and professional players, and is head coach for Friends of Hoop, a non-profit organization which gives high school athletes an opportunity to explore college opportunities along with basketball.<\/p>\n
Eggers is a 1993 graduate of Pacific University, where he was a forward on the basketball team for two seasons.<\/p>\n
