The Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) announced Tuesday that BCC Men\u2019s Basketball player Jordan Ard has been honored as Player of the Week for the Northern Region. Ard, a 6-5 sophomore from Prairie High School in Vancouver Washington, had a monster week, averaging 20 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 assists while shooting 24 for 30 from the free throw line (80.0%). His strong play helped lead BCC to three wins and sole possession of first place in the Northern Region. The Bulldogs are currently ranked second in all of Washington and Oregon with a 16-2 overall record, 6-0 in Northern Region play.<\/p>\n
