What is body doubling? Body doubling is a technique used to improve focus and productivity. It involves having someone else physically present while you work, even if they’re doing their own tasks. This can help reduce distractions and help you stay on track with your work. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Whether you are part of Neurodiversity Navigators cohort program or not, Peer Mentors are here to help! You can come every week at the same time, or, stop by when you need to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
