Amy Ephrem has been an adjunct ESL instructor at Bellevue College since 2013. After a brief stint teaching English in Ethiopia and a couple of years working in corporate language training, she earned her MA-TESOL degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2009. When Amy is not teaching at Bellevue College or serving in her role as Practicum Coordinator for SPU’s MA-TESOL program, she can be found homeschooling her two boys.
