These policies and procedures align with: Collective Bargaining Agreements between BC and Washington Public Employees Association (WPEA), Community College Coalition (CCC), and the BC Board of Trustees; the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC); Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA); and other state and federal policies that impact adult education programming.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BaTS at BC is housed under the Arts &amp; Humanities Division.
