Students may take courses in any order<em> (subject to course offerings &#8211; see Step 6)<\/em> as long as they adhere to the prerequisites for each course. Students may start the program in either&nbsp;<strong>Fall<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Winter<\/strong>, or&nbsp;<strong>Spring&nbsp;<\/strong>Quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size\">Please note that sample plans show only what one student chose for their course options. Once accepted into the BMT program, students will be able to choose areas of focus. For example, students who want a stronger emphasis on technology may choose IT 330 \u2013 Cloud Technologies for Business, while students who want a stronger emphasis on business may choose BATECH 389 \u2013 Ecommerce Development Strategy. Leading a team is a complex endeavor and involves vision, passion, the ability to make decisions under pressure and uncertainty, and the ability to motivate others toward one&#8217;s vision. This course analyzes the symbiotic relationship between leadership and decision-making, combining classical wisdom, recent research, and theory and practice. The course will primarily focus on leadership and decision-making in the business world with a focus on the technology sector, the nonprofit world, and one&#8217;s personal life.
