On April 12, 2023 the Washington State Legislature Passed SB 5048 eliminating course fees for College in the High School courses and it was signed by Governor Inslee on May 4, 2023.
College in the High School is now a free program.
2023-2024 tuition for a 5-credit course taken at Bellevue College is currently $618 not including fees and textbooks, which can add hundreds of dollars more to the cost. Bellevue College in the High A 5-credit class at the University of Washington generally costs $2,000.
Bottom line: Bellevue College in the High School is a great value.
