Dr. Ishaani Priyadarshini holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware, specializing in areas concerning Artificial Intelligence such as Data Science, Applied Machine Learning and AI for social good. Dr. Priyadarshini joined Bellevue College’s Computer Science Department in 2024, where she teaches courses in machine learning and data science. Prior to this, she served as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, contributing to both research and education in AI and data science.
In addition to her academic background, Dr. Priyadarshini has extensive experience in AI research, having published numerous papers in top journals, and has been recognized among the top researchers globally. She is passionate about using AI for social good and is dedicated to helping students develop the skills necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Outside of academia, Dr. Priyadarshini enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is excited to contribute to the growth and success of Bellevue College’s Computer Science program.
