As we progress in learning the ctcLink functionality and quirks, our team of Business Analysts are responsible for navigating process improvement with BC employees, students and the SBCTC. The Business Analysts are also the point of contact for Enhancement Request proposals, who will liaise between SBCTC and other stakeholders among the colleges to present on your behalf.
