Then, after you complete the required information, log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I have problems with activating my ctcLink account.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION: <\/strong>Try other formats for your name and\/or date of birth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you go to <a href=\"http:\/\/gateway.ctclink.us\">activate your ctcLink account<\/a> and a message pops up that states no match was found, you should:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Try a different variation of your name. Only the official first and last name we have on record will allow you to activate your ctcLink account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try a different format for your date of birth. Instead of listing your date of birth in MM\/DD\/YYYY format, try DD\/MM\/YYYY. Example: if your date of birth is October 4, 1995, try 10\/04\/1995 and 04\/10\/1995.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I received an incorrect password notice after trying to log in for the first time.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION:<\/strong> If you activate your account then go to log in and it states your password is incorrect, close your browser and try logging in using a different browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that ctcLink works best using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I forgot my ctcLink password.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION:\u00a0<\/strong>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gateway.ctclink.us\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gateway.ctclink.us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gateway.ctclink.us (Opens in New Tab)<\/a>\u00a0and select &#8216;Password Help&#8217; then &#8216;Reset Password&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I cannot view and\/or pay the tuition I owe for the class(es) I enrolled in.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION:<\/strong>\u00a0Visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gateway.ctclink.us\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gateway.ctclink.us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gateway.ctclink.us (Opens in New Tab)<\/a>\u00a0and log in with your ctcLink ID and password. This directs you to ctcLink&#8217;s full site and signals the system to allow you to see your tuition on the mobile site (the primary ctcLink view we encourage you to use).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: My tuition due date for Winter Quarter in ctcLink is listed as 12\/13\/2021. Isn&#8217;t full tuition due Jan. 12?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION:  <\/strong>When your Winter Quarter tuition is due depends on when you enroll in classes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you enroll on or before Dec. 10, at least 30 percent of your tuition is due Dec. 21. The rest is due Jan. 12, unless you sign up for a tuition payment plan when it becomes available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you enroll on or before Jan. 2, at least 30 percent of your tuition is due Jan. 3. The rest is due Jan. 12, unless you sign up for a tuition payment plan when it becomes available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you enroll Jan. 3 or later, full tuition is due when you enroll, unless you sign up for a tuition payment plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I tried to enroll in a class, but it said I did not meet prerequisite requirements even though my records state I do.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION:<\/strong>&nbsp;Try to enroll in the class again. Our offices have worked to troubleshoot many problems students experienced with prerequisites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IF you are able to enroll in the class AND opened a support ticket, please comment on your original ticket that the issue is resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I tried to enroll in a lab component of a class but there was a conflict with the time, and I could not enroll.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLUTION:<\/strong>&nbsp;Try to enroll in the lab component again. Our offices have worked to resolve problems and conflicts with lectures that have lab components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IF you are able to enroll in the class AND opened a support ticket, please comment on your original ticket that the issue is resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bc-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>ISSUE: I need a permission code for my course to enroll. How do I obtain one?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some courses require permission codes to enroll.
