The Data Management & Analysis Bachelor of Applied Science program has an Excel proficiency prerequisite.  Students can complete this prerequisite by either completing BATECH 165<\/a> (Business Spreadsheet Analysis and Design) or CS 250 <\/a>(Management Information Systems) with a C or better. We recommend BATECH 165 if you have little Excel experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You also have the option to take the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification Exam for Excel. The King County Library System offers the exam several times each month.\u202f Full details about how to prepare for, register for, and complete the exam are on the KCLS website<\/a> in the Excel portion of the ‘Microsoft Office Specialist’ section.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
