BC Email Policy

Bellevue College (BC) Policy requires all email to be sent to students’ official BC email account.  As a result, all communications from the DRC and the MyDRC online system will be sent ONLY to your BC email address.  This is NOT the same thing as messaging system within Canvas!  DRC staff highly recommend you regularly check your BC email for updates and notifications from the DRC and BC in general.  If you do not regularly check your BC email, or do not have your BC email forwarded to your preferred account, we recommend you do so.  We have provided instructions for how to forward email from your BC email account below, but the most up-to-date instructions can be found on Bellevue College’s ITS website!

How To Forward your BC Email to another Email Address

  1. Log into the Outlook Web App  (https://email.bellevuecollege.edu)
  2. Select the Gear icon in the upper right corner and select Mail
  3. Under Accounts, select Forwarding
  4. Add non-BC email address under Forward my email to box
  5. Click Save
