If a Notetaker:\u202f&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submits notes the whole quarter, they will receive\u202fa\u202f$100\u202fstipend\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submits notes for half of the quarter (Fall\/Winter\/Spring: weeks 1-5 or 6-10\/11, Summer: 1-4 or 5-8), they will receive a $50 stipend&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stipends are processed\u202fafter the quarter is finished and sent in the mail to the address listed in <a href=\"https:\/\/wa080.ctclink.us\/\">ctcLink<\/a>. If you need to change your address, use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/ctclink\/students\/training\/contact-information\/\">Update Contact Information<\/a> tutorial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notetaker Responsibilities\u202f\u202f<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit\u202fa\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/cascade.accessiblelearning.com\/bellevuecollege\/applicationnotetaker.aspx\">Notetaker\u202fApplication<\/a>\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use MyDRC\u202fto volunteer for courses\u202fand complete Notetaker Agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload notes\u202fin\u202fMyDRC within one (1) business day of each class session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make notes legible and comprehensive&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload PDF and Word files to MyDRC&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Written notes can be uploaded as a PDF using the free &#8216;Genius Scan\u2019\u202fapp,\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adobe.com\/acrobat\/mobile\/scanner-app.html\">Adobe Scan<\/a>, or\u202fpersonal scanner&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the confidentiality of the\u202fstudent\u2019s identity, disability (if\u202fdisclosed), as well as\u202fconfidentiality of anything or anyone\u202fobserved\u202fwhile in the DRC&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend each session and take notes faithfully. Contact the DRC\u202fimmediately\u202fif you are unable to\u202fcome to class or continue as a notetaker.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be aware if the student with the notetaker accommodation drops the course or no longer\u202fneeds\u202fnotes,\u202fyour assignment may be stopped at any time during the quarter.
