class=\"accordion-body \">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Technology Service Desk is run by Information Technology Service (ITS) and is a separate department from Interactive eLearning. The Request Center is managed by Interactive eLearning. Both ticketing systems cover a wide range of request types.
