The room can be used for recording lecture and other presentations. Several video cameras are available for video podcasts. Studio Q can be used by faculty, staff, and students with faculty permission. We are also available to train users on how to use the OWL for your meetings. Short-term OWL checkout is also available for staff and faculty to set up on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide 48 hours notification. Requests for Mondays should be received before 4 p.m. on the previous Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting Owl has a single 360-degree camera that recognizes and highlights the person speaking. These laptops and equipment are dedicated to their programs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are an instructor in Project IDEA or IBEST, your students will check out the laptops from the Interactive eLearning desk in the Library Media Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For specific DMA courses, a link will be sent to you at the start of the quarter.
