Respondus 4.0 is a Windows-based software tool for instructors to create, format, and manage exams and quizzes, offering a centralized environment to build assessments offline. It allows instructors to publish these exams directly to various online learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, and also to export them to Word or print them to paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Respondus 4.0 is available only for BC faculty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To download Respondus on your machine, you will need admin rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you have a college owned laptop, you will need to ask ITS to download Respondus 4.0 for you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Use this url to start the Respondus 4.0 download:  https:\/\/in.bellevuecollege.edu\/respondus\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Use your login or NetID in the username field and not your full BC email address.\n

      1. e.g., jane.smith<\/strong> and not jane.smith@bellevuecollege.edu             <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Use your BC password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. You will be see a page with the Respondus Software Download<\/strong> and the Off-Campus Software Use Agreement Form<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. At the bottom of the page listed will be:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Available Licensed Software:

        Institution Name: Bellevue College 
        Local Support Contact(s): Help Desk x4357

        2. Once you extracted the .exe file you can add the above Installation Password, Institution Name and Local Support Contact, and the start using the Respondus 4.0 software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
