Intro to Title II Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The U.S. Department of Justice has updated Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act to establish clear digital accessibility standards for public entities, including colleges and universities. These requirements ensure that web content and mobile applications are accessible to individuals with disabilities, with full compliance required by April 24, 2026. This means our digital materials, from course content to student services, must meet specific technical standards to remove barriers and provide equal access to education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
