The email will provide a URL confirmation link for account activation. <strong><em>Allow 1day<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: How to schedule a Zoom event\/meeting training?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Request a <strong>Zoom <\/strong>training through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/requestcenter\/\">Request Center<\/a><\/strong><strong> &gt; LMC Equipment Request &gt; Equipment Request &gt; Zoom Meeting [Checkbox]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Next, an appointment will be scheduled via where you&#8217;ll be trained on how to download the software, use the added Meeting OWL tool, and a live demonstration will be held in Interactive eLearning D140. <strong><em>Allow 1 day<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>OR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start using <strong>Zoom <\/strong>today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bellevuecollege.zoom.us\">Login for Bellevue College ZOOM<\/a> or https:\/\/bellevuecollege.zoom.us<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use your Bellevue College email and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the <strong>Zoom <\/strong>App or use the web-based Zoom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the <strong>Zoom <\/strong>icon to launch the tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: How to schedule an event\/meeting?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find a conference room on campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the Bellevue College Main web page, scroll down to <strong>Faculty &amp; Staff &gt; Room Scheduling &gt; 25Live Rooms &gt; Scheduling System.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule accordingly. The OWL is not needed for all Zoom meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multimedia Services has found that the additional use of the <strong>Meeting OWL is only <\/strong>helpful with multiple participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The OWL can be reserved for Meetings through Request Center or purchased by your division.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suggested Meeting rooms for use with the Meeting Owl: D260A, S201 &amp; S301, T205. The OWL will not work in all the classrooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All OWL requests require a 24-hour notice. You can also check out an OWL for the day.
