Faculty have the option to choose the Syllabus Template in Word or import the Cidi Labs Syllabus Templates from within Canvas. The templates provide a structured format for communicating course expectations, policies, learning outcomes, and key resources to students. They also help ensure that syllabi are organized and ready to be shared with division offices. Using the BC templates saves time while promoting consistency and accessibility across courses.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"callout-wrapper col\">\n\t<aside class=\"callout text-margin-reset \">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"callout__heading card-title-small\">Automatic Updates<\/h3>\n\t\t<p>Get automatic updates to the Support and Resources and College Policies sections of your syllabus. Download the&nbsp;appropriate syllabus&nbsp;template (Print or Online Sharing) from the last two documents in the SharePoint folder. After downloading, open the file from your Downloads folder, replace all instructional text&nbsp;(in square brackets and in italics), and&nbsp;delete&nbsp;the first two pages of instructions before sharing.
