Reference their <strong>Knowledge Base<\/strong> titled: <strong>Request a Bellevue College Zoom License<\/strong> by logging into the Technology Service Desk using your Bellevue College SSO &amp; MFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get your Zoom &gt; Panopto &gt; Canvas access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To get access to move your Zoom Meeting to Panopto, for captioning and access in Canvas request to be added to the<strong> Zoom Users Group in Panopto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the <strong>Technology Service Desk<\/strong> webpage: <a href=\"https:\/\/bellevuecollege.teamdynamix.com\/TDClient\/2044\/Portal\/Home\/\">Client Portal ITS Service Desk (teamdynamix.com)<\/a>. Be sure to sign in using your Bellevue College credentials to see all the Service Catalog Menu options. Select <strong>Accounts &amp; Permissions<\/strong>, then select <strong>Request a Zoom Account or Assistance with Zoom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access Zoom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To access your Zoom.us account once activated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select &#8220;Sign In&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose SSO (with the key image).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type in our domain <strong>bellevuecollege<\/strong>. This is one word &#8211; no spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then supply your Bellevue College credentials to log in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-panel card bg-default\"><h2 class=\"card-header\">Students: Zoom Information<\/h2><div class=\"card-body\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/elearningstudents\/tools\/zoom\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/elearning\/current\/zoom-single-sign-on\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Zoom Guide<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If students are attending a Zoom meeting as a participant then they will need to log in here: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/web\/sso\/login?en=signin\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/web\/sso\/login?en=signin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When it asks for the <strong>company domain<\/strong>, type in <em>bellevuecollege<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After students have signed in to Zoom using the SSO option then Zoom will recognize them as a Bellevue College student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also remember that if students wish to meet with classmates or other students, they may use <a href=\"https:\/\/bellevuecollege.teamdynamix.com\/TDClient\/2044\/Portal\/KB\/ArticleDet?ID=98364\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft Teams<\/a>, which has free access for all users with a Bellevue College email.
