This online based&nbsp;workshop&nbsp;is intended to introduce instructors to the available tools in Canvas. It is self-paced,&nbsp;project-based, and guided &#8212; a facilitator will be available to answer questions and to evaluate participant projects. This course is updated to represent the new Canvas user interface changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before signing up for Canvas 101, participants must complete the&nbsp;<u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/elearningfaculty\/start-teaching-with-canvas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Faculty Canvas Orientation quiz<\/a>.<\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of and participation in all portions of the workshop, you will earn a&nbsp;Certificate of Completion&nbsp;validating 22 hours of professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coursework is designed to be completed within one academic\u00a0quarter or less, and usually requires approximately\u00a022 total hours to complete. This course assumes that you possess basic computing skills: that you can\u00a0input\u00a0text\u00a0 into a computer, that you are familiar with basic computer file and folder organization, that you can\u00a0operate a\u00a0web browser, and that you can save, upload and download files.
