Dear faculty,<\/p>\n

I know many of you are hard at work planning for the last couple weeks of the quarter.\u00a0 Thank you for your efforts.<\/p>\n

With the help of ITS, we have set up an email Distribution Group called \u201cCOVID-19\u201d\u00a0 for faculty to share ideas and questions with each other about strategies<\/strong> for the next two weeks.\u00a0 This is an \u201copt-in\u201d listserv, so please follow the directions below to add your name to the distribution list.\u00a0 <\/em>Only members of the list can send and receive emails, and you can \u201cunjoin\u201d at any time. (Once part of the group, you just email to “COVID-19” to send messages to the group.)<\/p>\n

I hope this tool helps with your planning.\u00a0 I\u2019m still working to have a centralized site online set up to collect the information that is already being shared.<\/p>\n

Directions for joining the COVID-19 Email Distribution List<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The following steps will help you join or leave a distribution group:<\/p>\n

To join a distribution group:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Go to<\/em>\u00a0https:\/\/outlook.office.com\/ecp\/<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click<\/em>\u00a0Groups<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Under\u00a0<\/em>Distribution Groups I belong to<\/strong>, Select\u00a0<\/em>Join <\/strong>(icon with 2 figures and a \u201c+\u201d)<\/li>\n
  4. In the dialog box,\u00a0search for COVID-19 and select that group. You can search for a group by typing all or part of its name in the search window, and then\u00a0selecting<\/em>\u00a0the\u00a0search icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Select<\/em>\u00a0the COVID-19 you want to join<\/li>\n
  6. Select\u00a0Join<\/strong>\u00a0 (icon with 2 figures and a \u201c+\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To leave a distribution group:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
