As you wrap things up and get ready for your break, take 20 minutes to save what you created.&nbsp;It\u2019s&nbsp;an easy way&nbsp;to make sure all that effort&nbsp;is available when you might refer to&nbsp;it,&nbsp;and your future self will be glad you did.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p>Start by downloading the syllabus for each of your courses, then save your graded papers, projects, and assignments into clearly labeled folders that make sense to you. Your syllabi are especially worth keeping long\u2011term&nbsp;since&nbsp;they outline learning&nbsp;objectives, course policies, and instructor information you may need later when writing a r\u00e9sum\u00e9, applying to transfer, seeking internships, or explaining your coursework to an employer.&nbsp;Think of them as receipts for your academic investment: proof of not just what you completed, but what you learned.&nbsp;Once everything is organized, back it up to OneDrive or Google Drive, and jot down any loose ends, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p>And then&nbsp;pause. You&nbsp;don\u2019t&nbsp;have to keep pushing.&nbsp;You\u2019ve&nbsp;been carrying a lot, and even small tasks add up. This break is your chance to reset. Give yourself permission to rest without the pressure to be productive: sleep in, do something easy or fun, or unplug for a little while. Taking care of yourself&nbsp;isn\u2019t&nbsp;falling&nbsp;behind;&nbsp;it\u2019s&nbsp;what makes it possible to return more grounded and ready for&nbsp;what\u2019s&nbsp;next.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p>As winter shifts toward spring, Bellevue offers gentle, restorative ways to recharge both outdoors and at home. You might wander the Bellevue Botanical Garden as early blooms appear or take a quiet walk through the wooded paths at Lewis Creek Park and listen to the water. If you want something a bit longer, the Sammamish River Trail offers a flat, scenic route for walking or biking. Even a slow, unhurried&nbsp;morning&nbsp;downtown&nbsp;coffee in hand, no agenda&nbsp;can change your rhythm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p>Rest can also be completely at home: sleeping without an alarm for a couple of days, cooking something you enjoy without multitasking, or taking a break from social media to create more mental space. Spend a few minutes journaling about what\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0proud of from this quarter\u00a0you\u2019ve\u00a0earned that reflection.
