I\u2019m Ethan Rickey, a fourth-year student at Bellevue College pursuing a degree in Data Management and Analysis with a concentration in Data Analytics. My passion for data governance and management drives my academic and professional goals. I&#8217;m eager to help organizations maximize the value of their data while ensuring compliance, security, and seamless cloud migrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining the Interactive eLearning team as a Project Assistant in August 2025, I\u2019ve completed extensive accessibility training and contributed to a variety of projects that enhance digital learning environments. My work includes developing and refining Canvas-based resources like the Project Assistant Operations Guide, troubleshooting technical issues in staff training courses, and improving accessibility across formats including PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role has sharpened my skills in project coordination, digital accessibility, and instructional design. I\u2019ve learned to use tools like CidiLabs DesignPLUS to create engaging, accessible content and support others in doing the same.
