My work integrates process improvement, project management, leadership, coaching, problem\u2011solving, instructional design, content delivery, andragogy, website management, program development, training, consultation, professional development support, and mentoring. I support students, staff, and faculty across multiple online platforms through thoughtful communication, innovative ideas, technology-forward solutions, and learner\u2011centered practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>My journey as a lifelong learner began at Bellevue College in 2013, where I earned my AA in 2014 and my BA in Information Systems and Technology, with a focus on Cybersecurity and Systems Administration in 2016. I later completed an Instructional Design Certificate from the Online Learning Consortium in 2018 and, most recently, a Master of Education (MEd) in Instructional Design and Technology from the American College of Education in 2023.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I began my career at the college in the Information Technology Services division in 2013, following two successful \u201cQuality Service Experience\u201d careers; one in retail management with Nordstrom and the other in local commercial banking. My professional background is shaped by community service with organizations including the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Business and Professional Women\u2019s groups, and several nonprofits, where I have contributed as both a board member and volunteer. Throughout these roles, my passion for technology, leadership, and mentorship has remained constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fun facts: I founded the Community Kindness Rock Garden as an initiative grounded in authenticity, compassion, creativity, gratitude, mindfulness, and community\u2011centered kindness.
