In education since 2003, he has taught English as a Second Language, pre-college English, and college level English courses. Ron&#8217;s primary area of expertise is teaching pre-college English and English Language Learners. As an African-American male, he places a special emphasis on social justice, especially as it pertains to discrimination in African-American and other marginalized communities.
