She has taught various subjects like ENVS 100 (Survey of Environmental Science), BIOL 125 (Survey of Human Diseases), BIOL 135 (Introduction to Global Health), BIOL 260 (General Microbiology), and NUT 100 (Survey of Nutrition). She has an MS in pathobiology from the School of Public Health and Medicine from University of Washington and an MSc in Biochemistry from University of Bombay, India. Seema has worked at the Primate Center (there are 7 such centers in the US) at University of Washington on the SIV (simian immunodeficiency virus) that causes AIDS in monkeys. She has also worked in a pharmaceutical company in India working on drug trials.<\/p>\n<p>Seema lives with her husband in Bellevue and in her free time enjoys traveling around the world, exploring different cultures and people.
