    Launch your career: Learn about Allied Health training programs that can help launch your career. Allied health programs include medical coding and billing, medical assisting, phlebotomy, clinical laboratory assistant and medical administrative assistant.
    Satisfy prerequisites for other programs: Allied health classes are stepping stones to other programs at BC. They satisfy some prerequisites for nursing, healthcare management and leadership (HCML), healthcare informatics (HCI), and health and wellness. Obtaining an AHE certificate allows you to go to work and get the clinical experience required as a prerequisite to healthcare programs such as nursing.
