What about in an in-person interview?

A Diversity Statement is often a requirement for tenure-track teaching jobs (and increasingly for adjunct teaching jobs as well) and being able to clearly articulate your commitment to diversity and equity is also important for promotional purposes. This workshop will focus on helping participants articulate their own diversity statement—both in person and in writing. Sample Diversity Statements will be shared with those who participate.
