We organize a variety of mentoring and advocacy programs throughout each quarter. Mentors hold weekly office hours at the Faculty Commons and can be contacted by phone or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community building promotes the connection of our faculty aside from pedagogical activities. We also partner with the Wellness Center<\/a> to provide physical and mental wellness activities for our faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Faculty Orientation<\/h2>

Each new faculty is highly encouraged to attend the face-to-face orientation. In this training, participants learn about our college culture and organization, faculty rights and responsibilities, and resources to support faculty and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
