Through collaborative discussion and reflection, participants will consider how motivation impacts learning, behavior, and overall student success while also connecting current educational research to classroom practice and professional collaboration. Discussions will focus on practical applications related to autonomy, feedback, growth mindset, student belonging, and intrinsic motivation.
