Facilitated\u00a0by experienced faculty mentors Jill Lustig, Nancy\u00a0Lane, and Archana Alwar, this hybrid workshop for\u00a0faculty and staff meets online and two times face-to-face\u00a0to discuss the nuances, benefits, and challenges\u00a0of mentoring. We will read and discuss Common Sense Mentoring: Insights and Answers for Mentors\u00a0and Mentees by Larry Ambrose, as well as other\u00a0engaging publications.<\/p>\n
