What Are Lockwood Foundation Grants?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lockwood Foundation Grants for BC Faculty Excellence & Innovation support new or ongoing projects by Bellevue College faculty that promote innovation in teaching and\/or advance entrepreneurial models at the college. Typically, individual grants range from $2,500 to $10,000. These grants are administered by the BC Foundation and made available through a generous donation from the Lockwood Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 Lockwood Grant Application is now closed.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 Lockwood Grant submission deadline was 11:59 PM on March 5, 2026. All applicants were notified of the outcome of their application in May 2026. The funding period for successful applications is June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2027 Lockwood Grant Application will open during Winter 2027.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Congratulations to our most recent Lockwood Foundation Grant recipients! These grants, provided by funds which are so generously donated by the Lockwood Foundation, are one of the Foundation\u2019s signature programs. Awarding these funds is one of the highlights of our year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May 2026, the BC Foundation awarded two outstanding projects with $15,000 in Lockwood Foundation BC Faculty Excellence and Innovation Grants. Please join us in congratulating the recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
