The Gallery Space is pleased to accept proposals from group and/or solo fine art exhibitions each academic year.

The deadline for submission is June 1, 2016 for exhibition during the 2016-17 academic year.

Artists or groups working in any form of creative media are encouraged to submit proposals. We are always looking for new and exciting work.

Please submit the information requested below as single PDF on CD, thumb drive (preferred) or by email:

  • Detailed description of the proposed exhibition and how it would help the college community
  • Artist’s Statement
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 15-20 images of proposed work for display
  • web link to additional online portfolio

Gallery Space has just under 2000 square feet of floor space with three revolving steel walls that can be adjusted for different spatial configurations. Let us know if you have special space or lighting requirements or have questions about the layout. gallery layout:

Unless arrangements are made with the gallery director, you are responsible for delivering, installing, and picking up your work. The gallery assists with installation, lighting the work, taking care of publicity and providing food and drink for the opening reception. Final say in the inclusion, exclusion, and arrangement of work rests with the gallery director. …more about materials for exhibit
