Any educational institution that receives federal funds is required to comply with the federal regulations, one of which is Title IX. Since that time, there have been several amendments, one of which is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cleryact.info\/campus-save-act.html\">Camus SaVE Act<\/a>, that expands the college&#8217;s reporting and response requirements with specific attention on sexual violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clery.vm-host.net\/federal-campus-sexual-assault-victims%E2%80%99-bill-rights\">Campus Sexual Assault Victims&#8217; Bill of Rights<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VAWA &#8211; Violence Against Women Act<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>VAWA was signed into law in 1994 and providing funding to investigate and prosecute violent crimes against women.
