Planning Council<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provides a forum to consider college-wide strategic planning and resource allocation, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>planning assumptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>annual unit planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the collection of appropriate data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mission fulfillment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensures that planning and resource allocation are aligned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Council for Diversity &amp; Inclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provides a forum to consider equitable opportunities and outcomes for all students and employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensures the recruitment and retention of a diverse student body and works to reduce disparate achievement outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promotes the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce with equitable professional opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Infrastructure Council<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provides a forum to consider the effectiveness of nonacademic support functions, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>facilities <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>auxiliary services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recommends and advances infrastructure policies and positions concerning campus facilities and grounds issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>encourages cross-campus communication, coordination, and collaboration concerning infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-collapse card bg-default text-bg-default\"><div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading_a64734fe-02d5-4ced-a269-6e638c6fe504\"><h2 class=\"mb-0\"><button class=\"btn collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse_a64734fe-02d5-4ced-a269-6e638c6fe504\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse_a64734fe-02d5-4ced-a269-6e638c6fe504\">College Assembly<\/button><\/h2><\/div><div id=\"collapse_a64734fe-02d5-4ced-a269-6e638c6fe504\" class=\"collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"heading_a64734fe-02d5-4ced-a269-6e638c6fe504\" data-parent=\"#accordion_95cfd8d9-d681-4f4a-85e3-48df15f347b8\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordion_95cfd8d9-d681-4f4a-85e3-48df15f347b8\"><div class=\"card-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The College Assembly acts as a coordinating body for the governance system overall and communicates governance&nbsp;work&nbsp;to the president and the college at large. Assembly ensures that proposals are fully evaluated and reflect a collaborative process. It may refer, propose amendments to, or return to a council for reconsideration any submitted proposal.
