General BC Admission Fee
The college places a $55 admission/placement fee on your account at the time they process your application. You pay this fee at the time your first quarter tuition is due. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.
BAS Program Application Fee
A nonrefundable fee of $90 is required to apply to the program. In addition to processing the application, the fee covers a personal assessment by the Program Chair and Program Manager of your prior educational record and preparation of a detailed education plan to meet your goals.
Tuition and Fees
The Bachelor of Applied Science programs include all upper division courses (300- and 400-level). Courses numbered 300 and above will be charged at the bachelor’s program rate. View the current tuition schedule.
Background Check
The Healthcare Management & Leadership program currently utilizes Castle Branch to collect and review completion of background checks (as needed for field studies placement) which includes the following components:
- Statewide Criminal WA
- Nationwide Healthcare Fraud and Abuse Scan
- Social Security Alert
- Residency History
There is a fee associated with this service of approximately $65.
Financial Aid
Students pursuing Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degrees who are eligible for financial aid will be able to apply for federal, state and institutional grant funds, such as the Pell Grant, WA State Need Grant, Bellevue College-sponsored grant, federal student loan, or work study. To determine whether you are eligible for financial aid you will need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA. Scholarships
Students in the BAS program may be eligible to apply for Bellevue College scholarships. For information on scholarship opportunities, please contact the Bellevue College Foundation at (425) 564-2386.
Tuition Waivers
The Healthcare Management & Leadership program is a state-support program therefore our students who are state employees are eligible for tuition waivers. Please refer to Enrollment Services “State Employees” for more information!
