I earned my associate degree in arts and sciences and obtained certification as a Nursing Assistant here at Bellevue College. Currently I’m doing my pre-requisites for nursing school that I’m planning to apply for Winter 25.

My journey began back in 2021 when my parents decided to send me study abroad here at Bellevue College, even though at that time I already got accepted into one of dream fashion school back in Indonesia. In 2022 I started to gain my interest in healthcare. When I went back to Indonesia to take care of my grandma, that was the time I knew I want to be a nurse instead of going to Art school.  Though initially challenging, this experience ignited my interest in healthcare and caregiving, prompting me to pursue further education in the field.

Ten years ago, I set foot on this campus for the first time, not as a student but as a visitor. The sprawling grounds, the vibrant energy, and the promise of higher education left an indelible mark on my mind. Now I find myself not just walking its corridors but pursuing my dreams here. I realize that leaving our comfort zone is daunting, but Bellevue College makes it rewarding. I was encouraged to explore beyond the textbooks — to discover myself, challenge my perceptions, and grow intellectually and personally. The faculty are always approachable and supportive. Embrace the journey

Besides English, I am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Since I used to grow up in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I’ve always have a deep passion for arts, particularly in illustration, drawing, and painting, which I enjoy pursuing in my free time. However, over the past three years, I’ve discovered new hobbies in baking and cooking, which have ignited my creativity in the kitchen. Now, I’m blending my love for arts with my culinary skills, experimenting with new recipes and incorporating artistic elements into my dishes. My ultimate dream is to combine these passions and open my own coffee shop, where I can share my creations.

As a student ambassador, I’m here to assist fellow students in navigating their academic journey, providing support with prerequisites for nursing school, TEAS test preparation, and any questions related to Health Sciences Education and Wellness Institute. I’m dedicated to supporting and empowering my peers on their educational journey.
