Youth High School Completion

CEO Program’s Youth High School Completion Program Page (For Students Ages 16 – 21 Years Old)

The CEO Program at Bellevue College, which is part of Center for High School Programs Department, offers a high school completion pathway that meets the graduation requirements for diploma in Washington State. The diploma is granted by and awarded from Bellevue College where the diploma is recognized just the same as a diploma issued by any accredited (official) high school in Washington State. Everything is done through college coursework that tackles the credit and non-credit requirements for a diploma. Eligible students must be 16 years old by September 1st in order to begin that current school year. The CEO Program allows students to continue in the program either until completion of a diploma or until they reach 21 years of age, which ever comes first. However, students who turn 21 years of age in the middle of the academic year are able to finish through that academic year. Unfortunately, as a State Program there are no exceptions.
