The Information Technology Services (ITS) office operates a service desk in room A109 that you can visit in person, call or email.

In person: Help is available Monday – Thursday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Operating hours during finals and between quarters are noted on the TeamDynamix (TDX) portal below.
Online: You can submit an issue to the TDX ticketing system in 2 ways:
– Through the TDX Client Portal at https://bellevuecollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home
– By sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
