College Credit Classes and Bridge Students

You will be required to attend International Student Orientation before you will be given a Registration Appointment. The Registration Appointment will allow you to select and register classes through your MyBC Portal.  After attending International Student Orientation and receiving your Registration Appointment for your first quarter you will also have a scheduled meeting with your Primary International Advisor.  While meeting with your advisor you can receive assistance registering your classes and ask any other questions you may have about registration or anything else at Bellevue College.  If you have questions about the dates of International Student Orientation, please contact your Admissions Advisor.

Though you may have already studied in the United States for several quarters, you will still be required to attend International Educations Student Orientation for the quarter that you will begin your studies.  The school policies and campus resources at Bellevue College are not exactly the same as any other school you have attended, so it is very important as a Transfer Student that you attend the International Student Orientation.  You will be required to attend International Student Orientation before you will be given a Registration Appointment. The Registration Appointment will allow you to select and register classes through your MyBC Portal.  After attending International Student Orientation and receiving your Registration Appointment for your first quarter you will also have a meeting time with your Primary International Advisor.  While meeting with your advisor you can receive assistance registering your classes and ask any other questions you may have about registration or anything else at Bellevue College.  If you have questions about the dates of International Student Orientation, please contact your Admissions Advisor.

  1. Login to ctcLink: If this is your first time logging in, click on Activate your Account. All students must activate their account to enter the system for the first time.
    • Enter your ctcLink ID and click Next.
    • Enter your password and click Verify
  2. Confirm your enrollment appointment: On the menu to the right click on Enrollment Dates.
    • View your enrollment appointment at the top of the screen.
    • For general dates and deadlines related to enrollment, check the Academic Calendar
  3. Select Classes: On the menu to the left click on Class Information, and then Class Search.
    • Select the Term you want to enroll for.
    • Search for the classes you want to take using the drop down menus and filters provided
  4. Enroll in Classes: Select your enrollment option located at the end of the expanded class view its should be 3 dots.
    • You can choose from: Add To PlannerAdd to Cart, and Enroll
    • Click on Enroll if you want to add your classes one at a time, or if you are only enrolling for one class, or Click on Add to Cart, if you want to add your classes all at once
    • Indicate if you want to be placed on a waitlist if the class is full by clicking on the small box
    • Click on Save and look for a pop-up message that lets you know if your class was successfully added to your schedule (if you selected Enroll), or that your class was successfully added to your cart (if you selected Add to Cart)
    • Note: To view your shopping cart and complete the enrollment process, use the menu to the left and click on Enrollment and then Shopping Cart

Notes:

  • Your student ID (SID) is your ctcLink ID Number: this number usually usually begins with “202” and can be found in your acceptance email.
  • Your PIN is your birthdate formatted MM/DD/YY (Month/Day/Year). (You can change your PIN later.)
